   Scope: Active Network is accepting applications for Service Resolution Team Camping Agents for the 2017 camping season. Join us in our downtown Saratoga Springs office located on Division Street, crossroad with Broadway. We are looking for individuals with the aim to deliver excellent customer service and who possess solid computer skills. This position is call center based, accepting incoming calls to assist the customer with making reservations for federal and state campgrounds, ticketing, events, and other outdoors-related activities. Duties may include other tasks as assigned. This is a seasonal, part-time position expected to run through September 2017 with possible future regular (12 months), part-time status. Training starts 2/21/2017 We offer the following to ensure an enjoyable work experience: • Paid training – Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm daily. Training will extend over a week and a half, no weekend training. • Flexible scheduling – open availability is preferred; however, we can accommodate based on our business needs. • Excellent training and supervisory support - to help you obtain bonus compensation and feel comfortable servicing our customers. • Inbound calls only - NO outbound, cold calling! • We are on the RT bus route! • Opportunity for advancement -- 75% of our leaders, managers, and operational personnel started their careers in this entry level position. • A casual and fun environment! We respect our employees and strive to make our environment exciting and fun! • We pay $10.05 per hour, with the opportunity to earn a productivity based bonus. Job duties include: • Accessing company programs using company computer equipment and headset in order to meet customer requests. • Assist our customers over the phone with their reservation requests, answer questions, and trouble shoot. • Communicate effectively using scripted material, policy, guidelines, and procedures. • Query information within the company data bases in order to support customers using our products and services. • Maintain productivity goals and quality assurance standards. • Adhere to our formal attendance expectations and overall company policies and procedures. • Attend all mandated training sessions, including ongoing training and development plans. • Other projects and duties as assigned. Basic requirements: • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Solid computer skills including internet knowledge (such as basic searching and queries) and some email. • Minimum typing speed of 20 to 30 wpm • Be able to provide a minimum of 29 hours of schedule availability, including weekend availability. Operational hours include 8am through 8pm, open Monday through Sunday. • Availability requirements include Monday, Friday, and some weekend availability. • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
