   Since 1851, Glens Falls National Bank has been helping individuals and businesses of the North Country meet their financial goals. We have 30 offices from Clinton to Saratoga counties and offer a broad range of personal and commercial banking, retirement, investment and insurance services. In this position you will be responsible for supporting business deposit products and services and interacting with customers, Business Development and Branch management. You will advise management on new trends in cash management and assist with the selection and implementation of new products. RESPONSIBILITIES: •Develop new business deposit relationships and enhance existing relationships by assisting Relationship Managers with sales and support of cash management services. •Prepare relationship and deposit account analysis for commercial and municipal relationships and recommend appropriate deposit product and cash management services for customer. Present specialized pricing and rate requests to Pricing Committee for approval. •Prepare or assist in compiling banking and cash management services proposals for customers. Maintain accurate and current database of contracts, special agreements, and cash management pipeline activity. •Provide regular updates to Pricing Committee on competition’s rates and products and industry cash management standards. Make recommendations for changes to Company’s service charges and/or enhancements to current deposit and cash management products. •Conduct cash management product training and presentations as necessary to business partners including: Retail Banking Branch staff, Commercial Lenders, Insurance, and Wealth Management Relationship Managers. •Manage and support Company’s cash management services including: Account Analysis, Business Remote Deposit, Positive Pay, Automated Clearing House (ACH) Services, Automated Sweeps, and ACH Debit Blocks. •Represent Company at community events and actively participate in community service as designated by Company community service requirements. QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certifications/Experience: •Bachelors degree in business administration or equivalent professional experience required •6+ years of experience supporting business banking products/services including profitability models Skills/Knowledge: •Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint •Skilled at identifying, analyzing and providing resolution to problems •Strong knowledge of electronic banking delivery channels •Solid communications skills, both verbal and written; comfortable communicating with customers, co-workers, and management
