   ASPIRA is looking for Consumer Support Specialists. This is a position working from the Saratoga Springs, New York office. Our growing company connects customers with camping, tours & activity reservations as well as hunting & fishing licensing needs across North America. As an employee you will receive continual support from our supervisory staff, Information Technology (IT), Training, and Human Resources groups. There are no sales/commission requirements; we pay hourly, paychecks are bi- weekly, direct deposit is available, W2 provided. Primary Responsibilities: Assisting consumers with first call resolution regarding reservations and questions, helping customers with events affecting reservations and purchases, and assisting field staff. Exceed partner expectations and provide the highest level of service excellence. Learn new platforms and be part of a team oriented atmosphere. Additional duties include problem solving, providing appropriate solutions, the ability to empathize with your customers and prioritize their needs. Requirements: Ability to demonstrate learning and decision-making skills Action oriented and self-motivated Demonstrable conflict resolution Excited about learning and supportive solutions! Computer Skills: Ability to use a desktop computer system Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Firefox and Internet Explorer Communication Skills: Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with customers Excellent documentation skills Good comprehension skills-- ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present Good composition skills-- ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response Educational Requirements: High school diploma 6 + months in related customer support experience Perks: Great work environment and awesome co-workers.
