   Marvin and Company a regional CPA firm is searching for a Full-time Office Administrator to perform a variety of Administrative and Financial/Accounting duties. Duties include payroll, benefits administration, generating financial reports, paying invoices and providing support to our office personnel. This position will be based out of the Latham office. The person must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with QuickBooks and some accounting background is preferred. Other Qualifications include: Inter-personal Skills Problem Solving Skills Organization Dependability Competitive compensation, benefits package, and paid time off are all included.
