Complete Description of the Job.
   JOB PURPOSE: Directly report to the Facilities Director for daily tasks which need completing. Tasks can range from lawn mowing, watering flowers, mechanical repairs, building repairs, or day to day maintenance chores like removing the garbage. Agency Expectation of Employee Adheres to Ranch Policy and Procedures Acts as a role model within and outside the Ranch Performs duties as workload necessitates Maintains a positive and respectful attitude Communicates regularly with the Facilities Director about work schedule, when applicable and status of projects after they have been assigned. Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload Consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position Meets Department productivity standards Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities Report any acts of maltreatment, neglect, and/or any other violation of policies immediately to supervisor Attend weekly meetings (as scheduled) and give current updates on work in progress Maintain a positive working relationship with staff members and volunteers Assist with all the camps special events, set-ups and tear-downs when requested Assist with all capital projects and general maintenance projects throughout camp when requested Assist with the completion of maintenance request forms Assist in keeping the facilities shop(s) clean and organized throughout the year Additional Duties and Responsibilities as assigned Accomplishes all tasks as appropriate Qualifications Experience, Education and Licensure High school diploma At least 18 years of age. No criminal conviction record related to the treatment of children. Language Skills Ability to support the other departments contained within the Double H ranch with labor and or technical advice. Ability to effectively present information to management. The position is expected to average 40 hours per week with work days scheduled as necessary but will include weekends..
