   Discover an opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the Wealth Management Solutions Department at BSNB! We are seeking a VP, Senior Wealth Management Administrator to work collaboratively with our customers to insure a positive impact on every customer and community we serve. This position is responsible for trust administration of the most complex trust accounts. Accounts may be in any of the following categories: probate, guardianship, living and testamentary trusts, investment advisory and custody accounts, escrows, supplemental needs trusts and employee benefit trusts. Responsibilities include administering all accounts in accordance with legal requirements and securing external resources as needed to fulfill the special needs of our customers. This position is responsible for maximizing the profitability by communicating the benefits of Trust services to clients and prospects and their professional advisors. Trust Administration duties include: Managing all of the administrative and fiduciary functions in each of the accounts assigned. The nature of these account responsibilities will vary according to the type and complexity of the account. Responsible to provide quality service to each account assigned through a thorough knowledge of the personality and requirements of each account. Administer all accounts according to applicable laws, regulations and policies and in accordance with the trust documents to carry out the intent of the trust. Responsible for being aware of areas that may represent potential liability to the Bank, making specific recommendations to the SVP, Wealth Management Solutions. Contact and correspond with beneficiaries/principals and other interested individuals involved in the assigned accounts pursuant to established guidelines. Prepare required reports or information as requested by supervisor or management. Qualifications: Minimum of 8+ years trust administration experience. Advanced knowledge concerning trust administration, investments, real estate, cash management vehicles, common trust funds, mutual funds, probate code, closely held corporations, partnerships, insurance, annuities, and tax laws as they apply to individual and fiduciaries. Ability to read and interpret complex trust instruments, and make decisions based upon knowledge and research. Advanced knowledge of trust computer systems and capabilities. Certification or Licensing Requirements: At least one of the following certifications would be a plus for this position: JD (Juris Doctor), CRSP (Certified Retirement Service Professional), CTCP (Certified Retirement Service Professional), CTCP (Certified Trust Compliance Professional) BSNB provides a friendly and rewarding work environment and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, 401(k), pension plan, and tuition reimbursement.
