   Our finance team are forward thinking, innovative and collaborative individuals providing support our entire US team. This role will provide assistance to the Finance team as well as the entire US team, including planning, organizing, financial record keeping across the US offices, while focusing on Project Financial Administration and financial budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Duties and Responsibilities include: Project set up and maintenance within our Enterprise Resource Planning software Reconciliations, generation of invoices, preparation of purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO) Assist with monthly accounting procedures: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AE), journal entries, Client and Supplier payments Interface with department project coordinators to review and analyze project budgets and performance Provide input into Management Accounts Assist finance team with quarterly forecasts and yearly budget preparation General Duties and Responsibilities: Health & Safety: All employees are required to adhere to Health & Safety Regulations and ensure best practice is met by both themselves and by their colleagues Conduct: All employees are required to conduct themselves in a professional manner in accordance with company values, policies and codes of conduct as outlined in the employee handbook Quality: All employees are expected to work within the systems, processes and procedures outlined within the department and / or company handbooks or software platforms or training manuals Flexibility: A reasonable degree of flexibility is required from all employees to meet the needs of the role, the department and the wider company Qualifications and Experience Essential: Educated to Undergraduate degree level in Accounting Competent user of Microsoft Office suite Ability to prioritize concurrent projects and tasks effectively High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communicator across all levels with an innovative approach to problem solving Desirable: Previous experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems Previous contract/project management experience Additional Information Natural Power is an equal opportunities employer.
