   To apply for this position, please email your resume to This position is responsible for administrative duties in the office and is the first point of contact our clients and visitors. Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to: Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly. Responsible for opening the office everyday at 8 am. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls. Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail. Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems. Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports. Qualifications: Must have exceptional attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Must be a self-starter and demonstrate consistent enthusiasm and team work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
