FIRST NEW YORK FCU
CONSUMER LOAN PROCESSOR
First New York FCU is seeking a Consumer Loan Processor. The position will require building and maintaining successful member relationships by funding and processing loans, while ensuring that supporting documentation and records are accurately prepared according to credit union policies. Will work closely with the Loan Sales Expert and Underwriter to determine what information is outstanding and initiates follow up. This includes, but is not limited to, gathering insurance binders, vehicle titles and income verification. Coordinates the disbursal of loans. Reviews and prepares various loan reports. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to excel in a fast paced environment and meet goals and deadlines.
1-2 years of similar or related experience in Loan Processing/Servicing required. Must have strong organizational and communication skills. Professionalism is expected along with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Computer skills must include Excel and Microsoft Word.
