JOB SUMMARY

Provides support for HR systems applications in the form of on-line tickets, chat and phone within established timeframes. Is the first line to troubleshoot all HR tool related questions, and works with HR Systems technical teams and functional tool owners for issues needing their support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

Helps identify root causes versus just managing issues. Prioritizes issues and forwards using appropriate escalation procedures. Recommends system or process improvements, including procedures, training, and enhanced documentation.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify and solve problems, as well as propose system and process improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, willing to take initiative when necessary.
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment including, in rotational assignments, or as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain objectivity and composure under stress. Show flexibility and open-mindedness when priorities and goals change or when faced with conflicting points of view.
  • Strong planning, time management and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Excel.

A High School Diploma is required for this position. An Associate’s degree or equivalent job experience with some experience in the field or in a related area is preferred.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

After Training 8am - 5pm, available Shift is 2pm - 11:00pm (Monday - Friday)
