Complete Description of the Job.
   This position will assist with the screening, interviewing, and placement of applicants for various positions. This position requires understanding of the importance of client requests and ensures they are handled quickly, professionally and with an understanding of our client’s business concerns. There will be an emphasis on improving client satisfaction. In addition, assistance with the management of temporary staff safety, workers’ compensation and unemployment claims will fall under the responsibility of this position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: •Become thoroughly versed and knowledgeable in all aspects of staffing and the services we provide. •Assist with recruiting, screening, testing, and interviewing candidates for placement. •Assist with processing background checks and drug tests. •Posting of jobs on all job boards, websites, etc. •Assist with maintaining and managing the applicant tracking system. •Appropriately assess and refer applicants for job assignments based upon the client’s specifications. •Assist in maintaining necessary employee documentation. •Assist in monitoring safety issues and assisting with workers’ compensation/documentation. •Assist in the coordination of payroll processing and accurate billing. •Conduct periodic in-person visits to clients to better understand their business operations and to determine where and how we can best service their staffing needs. •Maintenance of a “sense of urgency” when filling open positions. •Develop and implement strategies to grow the business. •Maintain management reports of the quantitative and qualitative temp staffing business. •Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures for temporary employees. •Assist with preparing and maintaining employee communications and employment policies. •Keep abreast of Federal, State and Local regulations as it relates to this position. •Performs other related duties as assigned in the course of business as a supportive member of the KEENA team. Qualifications: •Ability to work professionally in varying industries and business types. •Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. •Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Access. •Prior experience with use of an applicant tracking system preferred but not necessary. •Demonstrated skills working in a team oriented environment To apply for this position, please email your resume to christinag@keena.com Compensation depends on experience.
