Are you looking to advance your management

communities? Ballston Spa National Bank is
seeking a seasoned banking professional to
join our Retail Banking Department as a
Relationship Manager.
This position provides client services and
operational leadership within the branch and
is accountable for growing market share
through branch balance sheet growth and
client and employee satisfaction. The
Relationship Manager will coach, motivate,
and provide ongoing training in referrals,
bank products, the client experience, and
customer excellence to all branch employees.
In addition, the Relationship Manager is
responsible for staffing, management,
coaching and motivating the staff and handles
complex service issues, ensures that
security, audit and compliance procedures are
followed as outlined in bank policy.
Associate's degree in business or related
field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Two to three years' experience in banking or
related management position, with additional
supervisory experience preferred. Proven
sales and leadership abilities required, and
demonstrated organizational skills. Computer
proficiency including Microsoft Word and
Excel.
