   We are currently seeking an Office Administrator in the Saratoga Springs, NY area. The ideal candidate will have basic skills in math and writing. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21 per hour Benefits for Office Administrator: Paid holidays Paid vacation Medical and Dental insurance 401K with 3% contribution Tasks for Office Administrator: Follow up with manufacturers Check over documents to make sure they are completed properly Enter checks from customers into system Make sure every job is on Excel spreadsheet Attend meetings to monitor team activity Meet with install manager to ensure everything is moving in right direction Answer phones Keep place clean Qualifications for Office Administrator: Accounting and Bookkeeping experience required Bachelor’s degree preferred Previous experience at Amazon a plus Work schedule for Office Administrator: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM DON’T WAIT!
