   Digital Marketing Account Manager Performance Objectives: -Understand and make data-driven strategic assessments on media, design, copy, search engine, email marketing, social media, and paid search capabilities, among other functions, within digital and traditional media marketing -Define your client’s digital customer experience/journey and align with the organization’s brand strategy to create the greatest level of differentiation -Test, report, optimize and analyze performance to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements that can be shared across platforms and programs -Define metrics and analyze program success, track and forecast utilization growth and engagement -Utilize Hubspot to create effective customer service and retention strategies for marketing programs -Develop and implement business plans, policies and procedures to maximize a client’s ROI and satisfaction to drive retention -Identify opportunity within accounts for new strategies and expansion -Oversee the preparation, interpretation and presentation of relevant analytic findings to key stakeholders -Understand current and emerging trends in digital marketing, mobile marketing, and automation -Digital Marketing Account Manager - Requirements Must-Haves: -4-plus years of Digital Marketing, Account Management or Client Services experience -Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related degree -Experience building multi-faceted digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, and email marketing services -Innate organizational skills – ability to prioritize tasks, assign deadlines and reach both internal and external benchmarks -Strong presentation skills – ability to demonstrate value to clients and serve as a trusted advisor; ability to create reports and other client-facing presentations -Strong leadership skills; values collaboration and an inclusive work environment -Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to communicate professionally to clients and third parties -Demonstrated time management and project management skills -You thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment -A positive attitude that resonates throughout your team and the company -Demonstrated familiarity with Google products (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) products Nice-To-Haves -Google Analytics & Ads Certifications -Experience using Hubspot -Experience using a project management tool -Scrappy, yet polished, approach to marketing -Love for office dogs
